Agreement to Terms

Services

NEXT IT SOLUTIONS LLC provides IT consulting, managed IT support, AI automation, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be detailed in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain all intellectual property rights in our methodologies, tools, templates, and pre-existing materials. Custom work product created specifically for you under a service agreement will be addressed in that agreement.

We will treat your confidential information with care and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Specific confidentiality obligations will be detailed in service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXT IT SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the nature of the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as specifically stated in a service agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEXT IT SOLUTIONS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
